The present petition has been filed under Section 528 of BNSS (corresponding Section 482 Cr.P.C) with the prayer to direct respondent Nos. 2 to 3 to decide the representation dated 20.12.2025 moved by the petitioner, in fair and impartial manner.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioner has preferred a representation/complaint dated 20.12.2025 (Annexure P-1) to respondent No.2-Senior Superintendent of Police, Ferozepur, but no action has been taken so far. Learned counsel also submits that the petitioner would be satisfied if directions are issued to respondent No.2-Senior Superintendent of Police, Ferozepur, to look into the aforesaid representation/complaint dated 20.12.2025 (Annexure P-1) and take appropriate steps in a time bound manner.

Keeping in view the facts and circumstances of the case and the limited prayer made by the petitioner, the present petition is disposed of with a direction to respondent No.2-Senior Superintendent of Police, Ferozepur, to consider and decide the representation/complaint dated 20.12.2025 (Annexure P-1) of the petitioner in accordance with law within a period of three months from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order.
