(Oral) The prayer in this writ petition filed under Articles 226/227 of the Constitution of India, is for issuing a writ in the nature of Certiorari for quashing the order dated 04.11.2015 (Annexure P-13) vide which, in the pretext of deciding the application for stay filed by the petitioner, in terms of order dated 27.7.2015 of this Court, passed in CWP No. 3859 of 2015, respondent No.1 has decided the main appeal and granted an illusionary relief to the petitioner, despite the application for stay having been partly allowed, the entire amount still stands attached/forfeited by the respondentDepartment. 2.

After arguing for sometime, learned counsel for the petitioner states that he may be allowed to withdraw the present writ petition at this stage.
