**** HARNARESH SINGH GILL , J. (ORAL) Through the instant petition, the petitioner seeks anticipatory bail in case FIR No. 130 dated 31.5.2019, registered under Section 61/78 Act No. 1 of the Punjab Excise Act, 1914, Police Station Sardulgarh, District Mansa.

Vide order dated 31.7.2019, the petitioner was granted interim bail and was directed to join the investigation. Learned counsel for the petitioner states that pursuant to the order dated 31.7.2019 passed by this Court, the petitioner has joined the investigation.

Learned State counsel, on instructions from SI Kesar Singh, submits that the petitioner has joined investigation.
