It is submitted that complete retiral benefits due to the petitioner have not been released despite petitioner having retired on 31.01.2015 by virtue of order dated 07.10.2015, Annexure P4. At this stage, it is prayed that respondents be directed to decide his representations dated 14.10.2015 Annexures P5 and 6, moved by the petitioner in a time bound manner.
