(Oral) The petitioner seeks decision on his representation dated 18.04.2016 (Annexure P-3) whereby, he has prayed for dropping of the charge sheet pending against him and for promotion to the post of Assistant w.e.f. 14.11.1996 by granting him all arrears due to him. The challenge in the writ petition has also been raised to the charge sheet dated 28.09.2010 (Annexure P-1) issued by respondent no. 2. The same is on the ground that the inquiry report dated 04.05.2011 (Annexure P-2) conducted by Sh. O.P. Gupta (Retd.) District & Sessions Judge has come in favour of the petitioner. In spite of that, the petitioner has not been promoted and his juniors have been promoted.
Counsel further submits that he would be satisfied if the abovesaid representation is decided within a fixed time frame. Notice of motion.
Ms. Shruti Jain Goyal, AAG, Haryana accepts notice. Copy of the writ petition has been supplied to her.

In view of the averments made above and without commenting on the merits of the case and keeping in view the fact that the matter is still pending consideration, the present writ petition is disposed of with a direction to respondent no. 2 to take a decision on the representation dated 18.04.2016 (Annexure P-3) within a period of 2 months from the date of receipt of certified copy of the order.
