NAMIT KUMAR J. (Oral) Challenge in the present petition is to the transfer order dated 27.09.2021 (Annexure P-1), posting the petitioner out of his Circle and at the disposal of Kapurthala Circle. Notice of motion in the present case was issued on 06.10.2021 and operation of impugned order dated 27.09.2021 (Annexure P-1) was stayed. It was also recorded in the said order that the petitioner is due to retire on 30.04.2022. No reply has been filed by the respondents till date. It appears that the petitioner has already attained the age of superannuation on 30.04.2022.

Accordingly, the present petition is disposed of having become infructuous.
