HARINDER SINGH SIDHU, J An application received in the office of Hon'ble the Chief Justice has been registered as Criminal Writ Petition. Notice was issued in this case.

At the time of hearing, Sh. Munish Bansal, Advocate has put in appearance for the applicant-mother of Deepu Singh, who is alleged to have been taken away by the officials of Police Station Talwandi Saboo, District Bathinda. He states that said Deepu Singh was called by the Police Station in connection with a complaint lodged against him by the Village Panchayat and thereafter he was let off after routine inquiry. Thereafter, he went to his friend's home in Sirsa and now he has returned home. In these circumstances, no further orders are required to be passed.
