**** RAJ MOHAN SINGH, J.(Oral) Grievance of the petitioner is that high electricity voltage wires are proposed to be erected over the agricultural land of the petitioner at the instance of private respondents No.7 to 9. The grievance of the petitioner in the said context has not been redressed by the respondent No.4 despite application dated 04.06.2021 sent by petitioner and one Gurmail Singh son of Labh Singh.

At this stage, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner would be satisfied in case the application/objection dated 04.06.2021 filed by the petitioner is decided by respondent No.4 within a time bound manner. The prayer is just and appropriate at this stage. In view of above, this petition is disposed of by directing respondent No.4 to take notice of application/objection dated 04.06.2021 and decide the same in accordance with the rules without being influenced by any statements of fact made hereinabove within a period of one month from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order.
