The instant petition has been filed under Section 438 Cr.P.C. for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioners in case FIR No.384 dated 16.10.2020 registered under Sections 498-A, 406, 323, 341, 506, 34 IPC at Police Station Zirakpur, Tehsil Dera Bassi, District SAS Nagar (Mohali). 2.

By an order dated 05.11.2020, this High Court had granted interim bail to the petitioners and directed them to join investigation. 3.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the respondent-State on instructions from IO submits that petitioners have joined investigation. 4.

I have heard learned counsel for the parties. 5.

In view of the fact that the petitioners have joined investigation, the instant petition is allowed and the order dated 05.11.2020 granting interim bail to the petitioners is made absolute, subject to the conditions laid down in Section 438 (2) Cr.P.C.
