(ORAL) After arguing for some time, learned counsel for the petitioner prays that he be allowed to withdraw this petition, at this stage, as the petitioner intends either to get the vehicle registered in his name or the affidavit, which is causing doubt qua the ownership of the petitioner, will be rectified to remove the said doubt, before applying again for the release of the vehicle on Supardari before the learned trial Court. Ordered accordingly.
