RAJESH BHARDWAJ, J.(ORAL) Instant petition has been filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. praying for quashing of FIR No.287, dated 14.10.2021, under Sections 376(2)(n)/377/506 IPC, registered at Police Station Parao, District Ambala. After arguing for some time, learned counsel for the petitioner prays for withdrawal of this petition at this stage with liberty to the petitioner to avail his remedies as per law.

Allowed as prayed for.
