(ORAL) Counsel for the respondents-State, on instructions from Sh.Chander Parkash, Principal GSSS, Jamalpur Sheikhan, Fatehabad, states that a sum of `70,725/- has already been released to the petitioner on 31.10.2018 for which he was found entitled for. Counsel for the petitioner states that no interest has been paid to the petitioner though the amount was released after a period of more than one year and the delay is unjustifiable. Counsel for the respondents, on instructions from Sh.Chander Parkash, Principal GSSS, Jamalpur Sheikhan, Fatehabad, states that the petitioner will be granted interest on the delayed payment and the same will be calculated within a period of one month from today NARESH KUMAR 2019.03.29 13:42 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document Chandigarh
