(ORAL) Learned counsel for the petitioner argues that though, the petitioner had cleared the examination under the interim order of this Court passed in LPA-1513-2017 dated 18.08.2017 (Annexure P-7), hence, he should be only allowed to clear the remaining subjects, rather than being asked to undergo the complete studies of the semester once again by the respondent University.
