The petitioner merely seeks an order directing respondent No.2 to implement the order dated 21.8.2014 under Section 14 of the SARFAESI Act. The petitioner's grievance is that the matter has already been adjourned three times and no orders are being passed.

We are confident that the matter will not be unnecessarily adjourned when it next reaches in its turn. Needless to add that if there are repeated adjournments, reasons for the same will also be furnished by respondent No.2.

Writ petition is accordingly disposed of.
