Tribhuvan Dahiya, J (Oral) The petition has been filed seeking a writ of mandamus directing the respondent-Department to cancel the temporary deputation of petitioner from Government Primary School, Sanika Nuh, Mewat, and he should be repatriated to Government Primary School, Bas Kushla (12098), Gurugram, on the post of JBT Teacher, which is lying vacant. 2.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that grievance raised herein is pending for appropriate decision before respondent No.2. At this stage, the petitioner will be satisfied in case respondent No.2 is directed to decide his pending legal notice dated 29.04.2024, Annexure P-6, in a specific period.

Learned State counsel, appearing on advance notice, submits that the pending legal notice, dated 29.04.2024, will be decided by respondent No.2-Director Elementary Education, Haryana, by passing a speaking order, in accordance with law, within six weeks.
