RAJESH BHARDWAJ, J.(ORAL) Instant writ petition has been filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for issuance of a writ, order or direction especially in the nature of mandamus directing respondents No.1 to 3 to act on the representation, dated 12.05.2022, (Annexure P3). It has been contended by counsel for the petitioner that on the basis of similar allegations, one another resident of the village had also filed the complaint, however, later on the same was withdrawn. She submits that thereafter the petitioner filed the representation to learned Financial Commissioner, Annexure P-3, as well as to Hon'ble the Chief Minister of the State. She submits that allegations are regarding embezzlement of public fund amounting to Rs.9.
00 cores but intentionally no action is being taken by the State on the representation made by the petitioner. Notice of motion to official respondents only at this stage. On asking of the Court, Ms.Upasana Dhawan, AAG, Haryana, who is present in Court, accepts notice on behalf of respondents No.1 to MEENU 2023.07.
CWP-15819-2023 -23/State and at the outset submits, on instructions from Ms.Navneet Kaur, DDPO, Nuh, that inquiry has already been marked in this case which is being conducted by BDPO, Indri, District Nuh. In view of the above, the present petition is disposed of with a direction to respondent No.3, i.e. Deputy Commissioner, Nuh, to ensure that inquiry entrusted to BDPO, Indri is expedited and the same be concluded within two months from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order.
