(Oral) Prayer in this petition filed under Section 439 Cr.P.C. is for grant of regular bail to the petitioner during pendency of the trial in case FIR No.138 dated 18.4.2023, under Sections 354-A, 354-D, 506, 34 IPC and Section 8 of the POCSO Act, registered at Police Station Model Town, Panipat.

Learned State counsel has filed the custody certificate dated 04.10.2023 Status report by way of affidavit of Dharamvir Singh, Deputy Superintendent of Police, HQ, Panipat, on behalf of respondent-State in Court today. The same are taken on record. Copies thereof are supplied to the counsel opposite. After arguing for some time, when this Court was not inclined to grant any relief, learned counsel for the petitioner prays for withdrawal of the present petition.
