Present writ petition is for quashing the impugned notice dated 09.07.2018 (Annexure P3) issued by respondent No.2-, Secretary, Municipal Committee, Nilokheri, whereby petitioner was asked to remove unauthorized construction over the land of park and street. Learned counsel for the petitioner fairly conceded that petitioner has not responded to the show cause notice at any point of time. However, petitioner has got issued legal notice dated 04.08.2018 (Annexure P5), which is still pending for decision.

In view of above, present writ petition stands disposed of with the direction to respondents No.1 & 2 to decide legal notice dated 04.08.2018 (Annexure P5) expeditiously and if there is some unauthorized construction, the same be removed immediately, as per law.
