CRM-M-40476-2025 (O&M) - 2 - In the alternative, a direction has also been sought to club the trial of FIR No. 165 dated 16.09.2021 (supra) with FIR No. 135 dated 22.03.2022, registered under Sections 420, 465, 467, 468, 471 and 120-B IPC at Police Station Sohna, District Mohali (Annexure P-11), on the ground that both FIRs have arisen out of the same series of transactions and continuation of proceedings in both cases may prejudice the petitioner. 3.
