Present writ petition is for issuing directions to respondents No.1 to 3 to take appropriate action on the complaints dated 03.09.2015 and 28.09.2016 made by the petitioner against respondents No.5 to 9. Petitioner being a resident of village Beh Atta, Block Talwara, Tehsil Mukerian, District Hoshiarpur had made complaint dated 03.09.2015 (Annexure P1) against respondent No.5-Piara Lal, who is Sarpanch of the Gram Panchayat of the said village and even directions were issued by respondent No.1Director, Rural Development and Panchayat, Punjab vide order dated 21.12.2016 (Annexure P3) to conduct enquiry into the matter, but still no action has been taken.

In view of above, present writ petition stand disposed of with the directions to respondent No.3-Block Development and Panchayat Officer, Talwara to take required action on the complaint dated 03.09.2015 Deepak Kumar Bhardwaj 2018.08.20 16:09 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document
