Present writ petition is for issuance of directions to consider the claim of the petitioner so as to make payment of education allowance for her only girl child w.e.f. 01.07.2009 to 31.03.2014 as per instructions issued by the State of Haryana.

Learned counsel for the petitioner contended that petitioner was not paid the amount of gratuity on due date and no payment on account of interest or delayed payment of gratuity has been made. Petitioner has already made representation dated 16.02.2017 (Annexure P10) to the respondents, but the same has not been decided till date. Notice of motion.
