G.S.SANDHAWALIA, J. (Oral) Admittedly, the respondents have not been approached for the necessary relief since the petitioner seeks consideration for promotion to the post of Elementary School Headmaster on the ground that the persons junior have been promoted.

Faced with this situation, counsel does not press the present writ petition and prays for withdrawal of the same with liberty to approach the authorities at the first instance.
