The present contempt petition has been filed for non-compliance of order dated 09.09.2025 passed by Co-ordinate Bench of this Court in CWP-20849-2018. 2.

Notice of motion.

On asking of the Court, Mr. Harish Nain, D.A.G. Haryana, accepts notice on behalf of respondent 4.

In compliance of the above referred to order, learned State counsel has placed on record speaking order dated 19.05.2026. The same is taken on record, copy whereof has also been supplied to learned counsel for the petitioners. Registry is directed to tag the same at an appropriate place.

A perusal of above referred to speaking order dated 19.05.2026 shows that order dated 09.09.2025 passed by Co-ordinate Bench of this Court in CWP-20849-2018 has been duly complied with.

Accordingly, the contempt is purged. Rule is discharged. 7.

Needless to say that petitioners can avail any other remedy as is available to them, in accordance with law, to challenge the speaking order dated 19.05.2026. 6.
