The petitioner seeks grant of anticipatory bail in a case registered vide FIR No.189, dated 24.8.2015, Police Station City Jagraon, District Ludhiana, under Sections 419, 420, 467, 468, 471 and 120-B of Indian Penal Code. 2.

Today, at the very outset, learned State counsel has informed that it was during further investigation of the case that the petitioner has been found innocent and report under Section 173(8) Cr.P.C. in this regard has already been presented.

In view of the aforestated position, it goes without saying that the petitioner would not have any apprehension as regards his arrest.
