**** JAGMOHAN BANSAL , J. (Oral) The petitioner through instant petition under Articles 226/227 of Constitution of India is seeking directions to the respondents to expeditiously consider and decide his application seeking compassionate appointment.
Ms. Puneeta Sethi, Advocate for respondent No.1 and Mr. Rajesh Gupta, Advocate for respondents No.2 to 6, who on advance notice are present in Court, submit that the petitioner has remedy to approach Central Administrative Tribunal (for short, 'CAT'), thus, the petitioner deserves to be relegated to CAT.
