(ORAL) This is a petition that has been filed for grant of regular bail to the petitioner in FIR No.182 dated 24.04.2020 under Sections 386, 389, 120-B IPC registered at Police Station Azad Nagar, District Hisar. Learned counsel for the petitioner would contend that the investigation is complete and the challan has been presented. The coaccused have already been allowed regular bail by this High Court in CRMM No.29438 of 2020 titled as 'Sudesh alias Darshana Vs. State of Haryana' decided on 30.09.2020 and CRM-M No.21184 of 2020 titled as 'Suman @ Meera Vs. State of Haryana' decided on 13.08.2020 and therefore, prays for grant of regular bail to the petitioner.

Learned counsel appearing for the respondent-State opposes grant of regular bail to the petitioner by contending that allegations levelled against the petitioner are serious in nature, however, does not dispute the fact that co-accused have already been allowed bail by this High Court. I have heard learned counsel for the parties and have perused the paper book.

-2Keeping in view the fact that the challan has been presented and the fact that the co-accused have already been allowed bail by this High Court coupled with the fact that trial is likely to take some time to conclude owing to novel corona virus situation, no useful purpose would be served by keeping the petitioner behind bars. The instant petition is allowed and the petitioner is directed to be released on regular bail on execution of adequate personal/surety bond to the satisfaction of concerned trial Court/Duty Magistrate. However, any observation made herein shall not be construed to be an expression on merits of the case.
