(Oral) Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that through order dated 20.06.2025, the Appellate Authority has dismissed the appeal filed by the petitioners to challenge therein order dated 13.11.2024 passed by the District Development Panchayat Officer-cum-Collector, Panchayat Land, Barnala and that the said order of the Appellate Authority has been challenged by the petitioners through filing of the separate petition being CWP-17602-2025.
