The petitioner has approached this Court under Articles 226/227 of the Constitution of India, inter alia seeking a direction to the respondents to immediately remove the seal from petitioner's house forthwith. Further, a direction be issued to respondent No. 1 to decide Appeal No. 43/2016 dated 23.11.2016 (Annexure P-1) along with the application for stay filed by petitioner under Section 19 of the Haryana Development and Regulation of Urban Areas Act, 1975, expeditiously. 2.

After arguing for some time, when the Bench was not agreeing with the submissions made by learned counsel for the petitioner, learned counsel submitted that he may be allowed to withdraw the instant petition. 3.
