(ORAL) The writ petition is lacking materials to show that the petitioner is eligible for being registered as a medical practitioner of Underwater Medicine neither there is any reference made to the relevant rule or regulation. The petitioner made a representation to respondents but the same does not disclose reference to any rules, regulation or procedure under law.

In my view, no cause of action survives in the writ petition. The writ petition is dismissed but with liberty to the petitioner to avail the remedy by referring to the appropriate provisions/procedure of law.
