Main case The present petition has been filed seeking directions to respondents No. 4 to 6 to conduct a fair and impartial investigation in case arising out of GD/Rapat No. 14 dated 20.07.2025, pertaining to the death of the petitioner's grandfather, Bara Singh, and to take the investigation to its logical conclusion in accordance with law.

After arguing the matter at some length, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner seeks withdrawal of the present petition with liberty to avail alternative remedies as are available to the petitioner in accordance with law.

In view of the above, the present petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as aforesaid.
