(ORAL) This writ petition has been filed under Articles 226/227 of the Constitution of India for issuance of a direction in the nature of certiorari for quashing the final notification dated 28.07.2016 (Annexure P-1) being in violation of the Haryana Municipal Delimitation of Wards Rules, 1977 and for direction to the respondents to reconstitute the wardbandi for Bhiwani.

After arguing for some time, learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that he may be allowed to withdraw this writ petition with liberty to the petitioners to approach the authorities. 3.
