However, since it has been informed that the FIR was lodged on 17.8.2019 (Annexure P-1) and that no final report under Section 173 Cr.P.C. has been filed till date, the investigating agency is directed to take necessary steps for expediting the proceedings and to ensure that final report under Section 173 Cr.P.C. is filed at the earliest.
