It is submitted that complete retiral benefits due to the petitioner are not being released despite petitioner having retired in the month of August, 2014. There is no impediment in the release of the same. Legal notice dated 07.10.2015, Annexure P2 has been served upon the respondents however, no action has been taken thereon. At this stage, it is prayed that respondents be directed to decide legal notice 07.10.2015, served upon them by the petitioner in a time bound manner.

CWP No.26838 of 2015 [2] writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the competent authority to expeditiously decide legal notice dated 07.10.2015 Annexure P2, by passing a speaking order, preferably within a period of four months from the date of receipt of a certified copy of this order.
