**** ANOOP CHITKARA, J. (ORAL) Learned State counsel submits that detenue, namely, Aman Kumar is an accused in a cognizable and non-bailable offence, as such, the present petition of habeas corpus for illegal detention has rendered infructuous. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the detenue, namely, Aman Kumar was taken on 17.08.2022 and whereas, he was not produced before the concerned Magistrate within 24 hours and his detention is illegal. Be that as it may, all these allegations need evidence to prove and this is not an appropriate forum to redress the grievances. Given above, it shall be open for the petitioner to seek redressal of her grievances either before the concerned Human Rights Commission or by taking resort to any other legal option as available to her.
The present petition is disposed of.
