RAJESH BHARDWAJ, J.(ORAL) This is the second petition filed under Section 438 Cr.P.C. praying for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner in case FIR No.39, dated 14.03.2022 for offences under Sections 341, 323, 379-B, 34 IPC, registered at Police Station Sadar Sri Muktsar Sahib, District Sri Muktsar Sahib.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the present petition has been rendered infructuous as FIR in question has been quashed by this Court vide order dated 12.09.2023 passed in CRM-M-30401-2023 and thus, the present petition be dismissed as such.
