RAJESH BHARDWAJ, J.(ORAL) Instant petition has been filed under Section 438 Cr.P.C. praying for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner in case FIR No.53, dated 22.06.2022, under Sections 304-B, 34 IPC, registered at Police Station Jhunir, District Mansa.
After arguing for some time, counsel for the petitioner prays for withdrawal of this petition and submits that petitioner is ready to surrender before the Court of competent jurisdiction.
Allowed as prayed for.
Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. However, it is directed that in case the petitioner surrenders before the Court of competent jurisdiction within seven days from today and files an application for bail, the concerned Court is requested to decide the same expeditiously in accordance with law.
