(Oral) The instant petition has been filed for seeking directions to the respondents to conclude the investigation of the case and to submit the status report in case registered vide FIR No. 0011 dated 04.02.2026 under Sections 281, 106(1), of the BNS, 2023 at Police Station Sanaur, District Patiala. Learned Counsel submits at the outset that he may be permitted to withdraw the present case at this stage since there have been certain developments in the case which have not been incorporated in the present petition.

Dismissed as withdrawn at this stage.
