The present appeal pertains to the year 2011. Vide order dated 25.01.2024 notice was issued to the appellant. 2.

As per the Office report, notice issued to the appellant has been received back unserved with the report that the appellant is not residing at the given address. The said address is the only address available with the Court and in the award passed by the Tribunal concerned and is the one on which the notice was sent. It appears that the appellant is not interested in pursuing the present appeal.

In view thereof, this Court is left with no other option but to dismiss the present appeal for non-prosecution. 4.
