The petitioner has approached this Court under Articles 226/227 of the Constitution of India, seeking quashing of letter dated 27.01.2005 (Annexure P-16) demanding installment of ` 19,60,569/-; letter dated 08.11.2011 (Annexure P-23) demanding ` 33,152/- as extension fee upto 2001 and installment up to 30.04.2005 as ` 11,92,493/- and letter dated 12.10.2015 (Annexure P-25) intimating the pendency of dues of ` 80,23,270/- to be payable by the petitioner. 2.

After arguing for some time, when the Bench was not agreeing with the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, learned counsel submitted that he may be allowed to withdraw the instant petition, with liberty to the petitioner to approach the concerned authorities, at the first instance.
