(Oral) The precise grievance of the petitioner is that the respondents are not treating earned leave period from 20.12.2013 to 09.01.2014s and are not releasing the salary of the aforesaid period along with consequential benefits and also not granting salary for two days i.e 16.01.2014 and 31.03.2014. Further the respondents are not granting ACP which is pending from July 2015. A legal notice dated 14.11.2015 has been given in this regard to the respondents.

Learned counsel for the petitioner states, that at this stage, the petitioner will be satisfied, if directions are issued to respondents to decide the legal notice, referred to above.
