In this writ petition filed under Articles 226/227 of the Constitution of India, the petitioner has prayed for issuance of writ in the nature of mandamus, directing the official respondents No.1 to 3 to consider and open the financial bid of the petitioner, in view of the order dated 11.09.2017 (Annexure P-6) passed by respondent No.3, who found its technical bid as valid and responsive. 2.

After arguing for some time, learned Senior Counsel for the petitioner submitted that since the financial bid of the petitioner and respondent No.4 has not been opened so far, he may be allowed to withdraw the present writ petition.
