Present petition has been filed under Article 226 of the Constitution for issuance of a writ in the nature of certiorari quashing the impugned letter/ order dated 29.07.2020 (P-26) vide which the information sought for by the petitioner was declined.

Mr.A.K. Sehrawat, DAG, Haryana, states that the desired information, in terms of application dated 26.06.2018 (P-1) has already been supplied.

Learned counsel for the petitioner does not dispute the above factual position; rather acknowledged that he has received the information, therefore, he wishes to withdraw the present petition. Ordered accordingly.

In case petitioner still feels aggrieved, he would be at liberty to avail remedy as per law.
