Learned counsel for the petitioners has submitted that as per the observation made in paragraph 14 of the judgment of the Co-ordinate Bench of this Court, the Government of Punjab vide letter dated 16.04.2025 has constituted an Empowered Committee to address the various issues raised by the employees, and as per paragraph 15 directions were given to the DAVINDER KUMAR 2026.05.29 16:49 I attest the accuracy and authenticity of this order / judgment

COCP-2798-2026 Empowered Committee, which directions the Committee has not complied with. It is submitted that inadvertently the said letter has not been placed on record nor the members of the Empowered Committee have been impleaded as party.

Learned counsel for the petitioners wishes to withdraw the present petitions with liberty to file a fresh petition after going through the said letter and thereafter making the said members of the Empowered Committee party, in case any cause still survives. 3.

In view of the same, the petitioners are permitted to withdraw the present petitions with liberty to file a fresh petition after giving fresh and better particulars.
