1. Whether Reporters of Local papers may be allowed to see the judgment?
2. To be referred to the Reporters or not?
3. Whether the judgment should be reported in the Digest? --- Surya Kant, J. (Oral) In view of the fact that there is no formal resolution passed by the Gram Panchayat which can be termed detrimental to the interest of the village community and there is no decision by the District Administration to utilize the land for Power House, this writ petition at this stage is pre-mature and is dismissed accordingly. However, liberty is granted to the petitioners to initiate appropriate proceedings as and when occasion arises.
Ordered accordingly.
