The complainant counsel has opposed the present petition on the grounds that the compromise could not take place finally because of certain issues arising between them. Given above, the present petition has been rendered infructuous. However, liberty is granted to the petitioner to file fresh petition on merits after annexing the statements of the complainants which they had made pursuant to the directions of this Court before the Illaqa Magistrate.
