Petitioner claims promotion from the post of Regular Team Mate (RTM) to the post of Assistant Lineman from the date when similarly situated employees were afforded such promotions. He also prays for revised salary and allowances at par with such employees. It is submitted that despite representation dated 21.08.2015, Annexure P8, no action is being taken by the authorities. At this stage, it is prayed that respondents be directed to decide the petitioner's claim in a time bound manner.
