There is no warrant of interfering in this petition at this stage. The petitioner's case is that a draw of lots in respect of a particular sector is to be held by 31.01.2016. There is nothing to indicate that the petitioner's application will not be entertained. There is no reason to believe that even if the petitioner is entitled to be considered in this process, he will not be considered.

The respondents will inform the petitioner before the draw of lots in the event of their deciding not to consider his name. The application for the same is contained in Annexure P10. We express no opinion regarding the petitioner's entitlement.
