Service is waived, as Mr. Lokesh Sinhal, learned Additional Advocate General, Haryana accepts notice on behalf of the respondents. The petitioners seek parity with others who they claim are similarly situated.

The petitioners state that the other persons similarly situated did not challenge the acquisition proceedings and have derived benefit by virtue of various orders passed by this Court including an order dated 03.07.2015 passed in CWP-9983-2015 titled as Rohtash and others Vs The State of Haryana and others. 3.
The petitioners have by their representation dated 20.01.2014 (Annexure P-11) requested the respondents for the same. There is no policy in this regard as yet. However, the respondents ought to respond to this representation. If it is accepted, it would not even be necessary to pursue the matter any further. If it is rejected, the petitioners are at liberty to challenge the same. 4.
The petition is accordingly disposed of by directing the respondents to consider the representation dated 20.01.2014 (Annexure P-11). (S.J.
