[1] Today physical hearing was held but on request of learned counsel for the petitioners, the matter is taken up by way of hybrid hearing.
[2] This petition under Section 439 Cr.P.C. was filed seeking regular bail in FIR No. 100, dated 24th July, 2021, under Sections 419, 420 and 120-B IPC, registered at Police Station Sector 31, Chandigarh. [3] Mr. Kuldeep Tiwari, Addl. P.P., U.T., Chandigarh submits that the petitioners have been discharged by the trial Court. [4] In view of statement made, learned counsel for the petitioners submits that no cause of action survives for regular bail and seeks permission to withdraw the present petition. [5] The petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
