The petitioner through instant petition under Articles 226/227 of the Constitution of India is seeking setting aside of order dated 16.05.2019 (Annexure P-4) whereby District Food Civil Supplies and Consumer Affairs Controller, Nuh, has cancelled Rashan Depot of the petitioner. 2.

There was no representation on behalf of the petitioner on 02.02.2023 and the matter was adjourned to 16.08.2023. There was a request for adjournment on 16.08.2023.

Despite the matter called twice, there is no representation on behalf of the petitioner. It appears that with the efflux of time, the petitioner has lost his interest to pursue the matter.

Dismissed for want of prosecution.
